Curtis dove into dentistry in 2004, starting off as an Administrative Assistant at our Upper St. Clair location. He quickly became comfortable with the administrative department and decided to get more hands-on training as a Dental Assistant and Lab Technician.
In 2010, Curtis assumed the role of Operations Manager at South Hills Dental Arts before becoming Chief Executive Officer in 2018. Today, he oversees development and business relations at all locations, ensuring South Hills Dental Arts continues to serve patients with the quality care they deserve.
Outside of work, Curtis enjoys skiing with his family and traveling with his wife and two daughters.

Debi has been an integral member of the South Hills Dental Arts team. Over the years, Debi has developed advanced knowledge and skills in fabricating high-quality ceramic restorations onsite at our offices, as well as in other dental laboratories. In 2007, Debi earned her Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) certificate from the Dental Assisting National Board, followed by her Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) certificate from Jefferson Community College in Ohio in 2009. With a keen interest in the latest dental technology, Debi has undergone extensive training in CEREC through numerous continuing education courses. Over the years, she honed her skills and demonstrated exceptional leadership potential. Debi’s ascent to the position of COO reflects her incredible journey within the organization. In her current role, she leverages her clinical expertise and operational acumen to optimize the day-to-day functions of South Hills Dental Arts. Her transition from clinical to a leadership role underscores her adaptability and drive for excellence, making her a valuable asset to the team. Debi enjoys spending quality time with her husband Terry, daughter Hannah, and pug Samson. She also loves to read, travel, and socialize with family and friends.

After retiring at the rank of Captain Nick joined SHDA in the position of Practice Repair and Support Specialist, where he provides exceptional support to the practice. With a passion for helping practices thrive, Nick is committed to delivering prompt and effective solutions to a wide range of technical and operational challenges.
In addition to his work at South Hills Dental Arts, Nick enjoys woodworking as a personal hobby and special interest. He is married to his wife Mary and they have two children. In his free time, Nick enjoys listening to country music, being outdoors in the summer, and visiting places like St. Thomas, Montana, and Nashville. He is also a fan of the Pittsburgh Penguins and enjoys a good steak and bourbon.
